02/06/25- PET/CT - no evidence of metastases, resolution of FDG avid left inguinal node, mention of "smaller and less FDG avid penile lesion now 1.1 x 0.7cm".

02/10/25- C4D1 TIP

02/12/25- 02/13/25: admission after episode of R shoulder pain, R anterior chest wall pain, onset after end of chemotherapy, felt short of breath. Receive antibiotics for possible pneumonia, troponin and BNPP normal.  Viral work up negative.

02/12/25- CT pulmonary embolus - no evidence of pulmonary embolism "superimposed infection in RML is not excluded"

02/12/25- CT abd/pelvis with contrast - post treatment changes at base of penis and left groin,

02/13/25- upper extremity ultrasound, phlebitis of R basilic vein
